Prof. Xiaoli Li, 

IEEE & AAIA Fellow, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore

Prof. Li is currently a department head (Machine Intellection department, consisting of 100+ AI and data scientists, which is the largest AI and data science group in Singapore) and a principal scientist at the Institute for Infocomm Research, A*STAR, Singapore. He also holds an adjunct professor position at Nanyang Technological University (he was holding an adjunct position at the National University of Singapore for 6 years). He is an IEEE Fellow and a Fellow of the Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association (AAIA). Prof. Li is also serving as KPMG-I2R joint lab co-director. He has been a member of the Information Technology Standards Committee (ITSC) of ESG Singapore and the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) since 2020. Moreover, he serves as a health innovation expert panel member for the Ministry of Health (MOH), an expert panel member for the Ministry of Education (MOE), and an AI advisor for the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office (SNDGO), Prime Minister's Office, highlighting his extensive involvement in key government and industry initiatives.

The machine intelligence department has established itself as a leader in the industry, with a proven track record of successful collaborations with various partners, including SIA, KPMG, Lam Research, Global Foundations, DBS, Singtel, Mclaren, AIA, Standard Chartered Bank, NEC, and NCS. Moreover, the department has also achieved remarkable success on the international stage, having won prestigious competitions such as the IJCAI Competition (Stage 1), which is considered the top AI conference in the world, in 2015, and the KDD Cup (Part of the First Place Winning Team), which is the best data mining competition in the world, in the same year. Additionally, the department also emerged victorious in the GE Flight Quest Challenge in 2013, further solidifying its reputation as a world-class research team.

Prof. Li's research interests span a wide range of topics, including data mining, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and bioinformatics. He is highly respected in the academic community and has served in various leadership positions (area chairs, senior PC members, workshop chairs, and session chairs) in the most prominent AI/data mining/machine learning-related conferences, such as KDD, ICDM, SDM, PKDD/ECML, ACML, PAKDD, WWW, IJCAI, AAAI, ACL, and CIKM. Additionally, he has also edited six books and has numerous highly cited papers, with over 20,000 citations and 70+ h-indexes.

Prof. SHADIEV RUSTAM

Zhejiang University, China

Prof. Rustam Shadiev earned his Ph.D. in Network Learning Technology from National Central University in 2012. He is currently a Tenured Professor at the College of Education, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, specializing in advanced learning technologies for language learning and cross-cultural education. Prof. Shadiev is a Fellow of the British Computer Society and a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). In 2019, he was honored with the title of Distinguished Professor of Jiangsu Province, China. Further, he has been recognized as one of the most cited Chinese researchers in the field of education by Elsevier, Scopus, and Shanghai Rating for four consecutive years, from 2020 to 2023.

Prof. Dr. Fahriye Altınay 

Faculty of Education, Near East University, North Cyprus

Prof. Dr. Fahriye Altınay has been teaching undergraduate courses in educational instructional technologies and material design, classroom management, ethics in education, social responsibility, scientific research methods, and more since 2002. She also teaches postgraduate courses such as project management, education management, contemporary education supervision, and society, culture, and education.

Dr. Altinay is a full-time faculty member at Near East University, North Cyprus, working scientifically and administratively on issues such as higher education boards, multiculturalism, quality studies, strategic planning, unimpeded informatics, and smart society. Prof. Dr. Altınay is the vice director of the Graduate Education Institute, the chair of the Center for Social Research and Development, and the head of the Education Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department and Computer Education and Instructional Technologies. She is also an editor and referee for international journals and books. Her research interests include

developing critical friends and skills online with international perspectives and practices, participation in online learning, online learning readiness of higher education institutions, education and distance education practices of disabled individuals in the pandemic period, open education resources, MOOCs, barrier-free tourism, and education. She is currently working on projects on the disabled, inclusive education practices, entrepreneurship, and community analysis during the pandemic period.

Prof. Shuai Liu

HunanNormal University,China

EAI Fellow

Liu Shuai, male, born in 1982, Professor, Ph.D, Doctoral supervisor. His main research directions are intelligent educational technology, educationalinformation processing, etc.

Professor Liu Shuai presided over and participated in the completion of several national science/social science funds, published more than 80 high-level papers in such journals as Inf Fus, Inf Sci, IEEE TFS/TMM/TITS/Re, and IEEE IOTJ, and was cited more than 6000 times in total. He was selected into the 2021-2023 World Top 2% Scientists List (Stanford University), and the papers were awarded the 2021 China's 100 Most Influential International Journal Papers (Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China, 2022), etc.

Professor Liu Shuai is an EAI Fellow, an outstanding member of the China Computer Federation, a senior member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, a member of the CCF Education Special Committee, a director of the Hunan Computer Society/Artificial Intelligence Society, and a deputy director of the Education Working Committee of the Hunan Artificial Intelligence Society.

Prof. Huang Wuyuan  

Dean, Institute of Technology, Donghua University, China

Distinguished Professor, Institute of Network Learning Technology, Taiwan Central University  

The main research directions are artificial intelligence education and multimedia human-computer interaction, especially the human-computer interaction of intelligent learning and creative learning in real situations. 

From 2007 to 2017, according to the performance of papers published in 65 high-quality SSCI journals in the field of instructional design and technology, Dr. Huang ranked among the top seven in the world. ( https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1111/bjet.12712) ) 

In 2020, the Computer Assisted Learning journal ( SSCI ), which has the highest impact factor in the field of technology-enhanced language learning ( IF = 5.964, 2022 ), counted its publication over a 12-year period ( 2008-2019 ). Dr. Huang is number one in the number of publications, H-index papers and impact factors. Prof. Nurassyl Kerimbayev

Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Kazakhstan

Participates in many scientific projects in the country and together with foreign scientists in other countries.  Under his leadership, the members of the scientific school "Informatics and Informatization in Education" have reached great heights.  The research work is included in the encyclopedia published by Springer.  In 2021 awarded the title of "Best University Teacher" by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for his long-term contribution to science and education.  Research interests: informatization of education, computer science, artificial intelligence, robotics.
